The H.I.T Sessions – High Intensity Training Stone. The training sessions consist of varied excercises (standing/floor) designed to push you to the limit in short intervals. Attacking the whole body heart and lungs! Also there is a focus on conditioning and flexibility.

Any sports wear is fine as long as your comfortable, but you will get HOT!
I advise you to bring a towel and water (drinking water is available for refills). Parking is possible at the Frank Jordan’s centre.
