Our exercise classes are for men and women of all shapes, sizes and levels of fitness. They’re fun, extremely effective, include both High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Circuit Training. They’re inexpensive, only £3, plus your first session is FREE!

There is no membership fee. You do not need to sign-up or book for any of the sessions, just turn up and you only pay for the classes that you train in!

HIIT Circuit Training Fitness Class

The general structure of each session is that it commences with a light warm-up and dynamic stretching, followed by a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT/Tabata) routine. These consist of a wide variety of bodyweight exercises, including push-ups, plyometrics, various types of explosive routines and more.

The second half of the sessions is circuit training using kettlebells, medicine balls, battling ropes and more. Sessions usually finish with a good core/stomach routine followed by a stretch.

We’ll have you feeling Fit and looking Foxy in no time… no matter what kind of shape you’re in now!!!

About Us

Fit ‘n’ Foxy is a HIIT Circuit Training Fitness based boot camp, so you will exercise as part of a group participating in physical training that is designed to improve your levels of fitness (strength, speed and stamina) through a variety of different exercises. These exercise sessions will also increase your metabolism and burn extra calories aiding in fat/weight loss, as well as helping to make you healthier.

Without the need for any contracts, induction fees, payment in advance or any other kind of membership, I offer people the flexibility to only pay for the fitness sessions that they train in, at the low cost of only £3 per session!

I beleive that you should enjoy yourself whilst exercising so that it never becomes a chore, that is why I try to make sure all my sessions are fun… so that everyone enjoys themselves and have a tough workout at the same time!!!

Q Do I need to be fit to come along?

No, there are people of all levels of fitness that come to the sessions. Exercises can be scaled to make them easier and we generally work to time rather than quantity so that you can work at your own pace.

Q Do I need to book?

No need to book, just turn up.
