FIGHTING FIT IS A PROFESSIONAL FULL-TIME MARTIAL ARTS CENTRE WITH OFFSHOOT CLUBS AROUND THE UK

Fighting Fit opened it’s full-time gym on Mount Industrial Estate in Stone in 2000, with instructors that have been teaching martial arts since 1979. We have clubs throughout Staffordshire and Cheshire training beginners and experienced athletes alike in a large selection of combat martial arts as well as pure fitness classes.

Classes include: Kickboxing, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), BJJ, Submission Grappling, Boxing, Boot Camps, Combined Combat Systems and general fitness training classes for men, women and children with private tuition available on request.

Regardless of age, fitness and ability, if you want to be Fighting Fit, we have something to offer you.

Q What age can children start at?

Children can start training once they reach five years of age.
